By visiting or shopping on this website, you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions, please read them carefully.

  1. license to access the site

The oxyblack.com website grants each user a limited license to access and make personal use of it, and the user may not download (except page caching) or modify any part of it, unless expressly authorized in writing by Oxyblack.

This license does not include any authorization for the resale or commercial use of this site or its contents or any collection and use of the product list, descriptions or prices.

Any misuse of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant, or any use of data mining, robots or similar data and extraction tools is expressly prohibited.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Any unauthorized use terminates the authorization or license granted by oxyblack.com.

  1. Access to oxyblack.com

We will always do our best to ensure that the availability of the site is uninterrupted and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot always guarantee this. In addition, access to the site may also occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new products or services. We will try to limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction.

  1. Customer Area: Your Account

If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password as well as ensuring that there is no unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and you must inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become susceptible to unauthorized use.

Make sure that the information you provide us with is correct and complete, and inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided during registration. You can access and update much of the information you have provided us with in the customer area of the site. oxyblack.com reserves the right to refuse access to the site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion.

  1. Privacy

All the data you provide us with when registering in the customer area is confidential and will only be used for the purposes of managing your order(s) unless you expressly authorize its use for other purposes such as sending a newsletter, etc.

  1. Subsequent orders

Once you have purchased a product for the first time, your data will be stored in the system. When you log in again and use your password, your data will be activated automatically. After making your purchase, we strongly recommend that you log out of the online store.

  1. Your conduct

You must not use this website in any way that causes or may cause it to malfunction, interrupt its operation or compromise it in any other way. Users are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent by them to oxyblack.com and must ensure that they are always for lawful purposes.

  1. Conditions relating to the sale of products

When you place an order for a product on oxyblack.com you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

  1. Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee – All oxyblack.com products have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee, during which time Oxyblack will refund the full amount paid against the return of the products purchased, provided they are in their original condition. Shipping costs and any collection costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Guarantee – oxyblack.com offers a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all its products. For products from other brands marketed by oxyblack.com, the warranty period established by the brand applies and can be found on their website.

  1. Price and availability

All the products presented on the site have a set price with VAT at the legal rate in force included, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and/or the need for manufacture or shipment by other manufacturers. Special requests will have to be assessed individually.

  1. Delivery

Confirmation of each order is automatically issued and sent by email to the customer after approving the purchase. Any changes or corrections to the order must be communicated to us within 24 hours by email.

Many of the products we sell in our online store are produced following customer orders, with an average production and shipping time of between 5 and 10 working days, unless there is a shortage of raw materials. For products in stock, the average delivery time is approximately 5 working days. The entire process begins only after confirmation of receipt of payment by oxyblack.com’s banks.

However, depending on the volume of orders, the delivery time may be extended. A period of six weeks will prevail as the legal period of time provided by the buyer as an additional period. This period begins after receipt of payment by the seller. Claims for damages due to non-performance are excluded.

  1. Shipping and transportation of products

All shipping costs do not include possible customs duties or customs presentation costs in the country of destination. For more details, see the Taxes section below. The shipping costs are attached to each product and it is the user’s responsibility during the registration process to select the option that best suits them. Distribution times are those indicated by the entities selected for transportation and they are responsible for any delays or damage to the material transported.

All products dispatched by oxyblack.com are properly packaged. If the customer notices any defects or deformations in the transport packaging that could cause anomalies in the product when receiving the order from the carrier, the customer should not receive the product and should immediately inform oxyblack.com of the reason for this.

  1. Payment

Credit Card: The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Master Card, American Express.

For your security, all credit card payments are processed by the Paypal service. However, you do not need a PayPal account. To use this payment method, all you have to do is follow the normal payment process indicated in the steps that appear during the purchase process in our online store. This payment method does not involve any additional cost.

Bank transfer: You can pay for your order by bank transfer by sending us proof of the transfer. Our IBAN will be indicated during the purchase process. Payment by bank transfer is free of charge.

Multibanco: Payment method only valid in Portugal. During the ordering process, when you choose the Multibanco payment method, the system generates a Multibanco payment reference which can be paid for at any ATM or in your home banking. Within a maximum of 2 working days you will receive an automatic confirmation by email or SMS that the payment has been received by our online store.

This payment method is only valid in Portugal.

Please note that the shipping process will only be activated once payment has been received. If you need to speed up this process, please send us proof of the bank transfer by e-mail.

  1. Taxes – VAT

In accordance with the applicable law in force in Portugal, the following are SUBJECT to VAT:

  1. a) Orders to Portugal (companies and final consumers)
  2. b) Orders for final consumers in the European Union

Also in accordance with the applicable legislation, VAT is EXEMPT:

  1. c) Orders outside the European Union (companies and final consumers)
  2. d) Orders for companies in European Union countries other than Portugal, provided they indicate their Tax Identification Number, valid in an EU country.
  3. e) In the case of VAT-exempt orders, products will only be sent to addresses whose registered office coincides with the place of delivery.

All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. For VAT-exempt orders, please contact our services.

Please note that companies resident in European Union countries other than Portugal (situation d), above) are required to indicate their valid Tax Identification Number in order to benefit from this exemption. If they fail to do so, they will be considered as final consumers in the European Union [situation b), above] and VAT will be applied to their orders. The validation of the tax number is done through VIES (European VAT Information Exchange System).

  1. Customs

When purchasing products from oxyblack.com for delivery abroad you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the package arrives at the specified destination. All additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the customer, we have no control over these expenses and cannot predict their amount. For more information, see Customs Information.

  1. Health and Safety

oxyblack.com accepts no liability for misuse of its products.

  1. Electronic communications

When you visit oxyblack.com or send an e-mail, we assume your consent to receive electronic communications from us.

  1. Losses

oxyblack.com packs and ships the products in such a way as to ensure that they are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, oxyblack.com cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transportation of the products. Therefore, if the customer notices any defect or deformation in the transport packaging that could cause the product to be damaged, he/she must not receive the product and must inform oxyblack.com immediately of the reason.

  1. Right to cancel / regret

The buyer has the right to cancel for a period of 14 consecutive days, in accordance with Portuguese and European regulations for electronic sales.

To do so, they must return the goods within the cancellation period and will be responsible for the return costs.

It is up to the consumer to prove that they have returned the goods, so you should always ask for a stamped receipt from the courier or other service you hire to make the return.

The right to cancel and refund the purchase price and initial shipping costs will only be granted if the product and/or service is returned unopened and/or unused and in perfect condition.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, it shall be settled in accordance with Portuguese law and in a court in the district of Lisbon.
