By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. License to access the site
The site oxyblack.com gives each user a limited license to access and make personal use of this site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any part thereof, except with express written permission of Oxyblack.com . This license does not include any authorization of resale or commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices. Any misuse of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools is expressly prohibited.
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express consent in writing. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Oxyblack.com.
2. Accessing Oxyblack.com
We will always do our best to ensure the availability of the site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot give guarantee. In addition, access to the site can also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new products or services. We’ll try to limit to the minimum the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction.
3. Client Area: Your Account
If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and ensure no unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must take all necessary measures to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. Make sure the information you provide is accurate and complete and inform us immediately of any change of the information provided during registration. You can access and update much of the information we provided in the client area of the site. Oxyblack.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders if circumstances justify.
4. Privacy
All data you provide during registration in the client area are confidential and will only be used for management of your request (s) unless you expressly authorize its use for other purposes such as sending newsletters, etc.
5. Next orders
After purchasing a product for the first time, your data will be stored in the system. When you access it again and use your password, your data will be automatically activated.
After making your purchase it is highly recommended that you do a "logout" of the online store.
6. Your conduct
You should not use the Site in any manner which causes or may cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or compromised in any way. Users are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent to Oxyblack.com and should ensure that these contents follow always lawful purposes.
7. Conditions relating to sale of products
By placing an order of a product in Oxyblack.com, an email will be sent confirming receipt of your request and containing the details of your order.
8. Warranties
Satisfaction Guaranteed - All Oxyblack products have 15 days satisfaction guaranteed. Within this period, Oxyblack will return the amount paid in full upon return of products purchased as long as these are in original condition. The return does not apply to any costs of shipping and billing. Product Warranty - Oxyblack offers 2 years of warranty against manufacturing defects on all own products. For other brands and products marketed by Oxyblack.com the warranty period set by the original brand apply.
9. Price and Availability
All products presented on the site have a price defined with the value of VAT at the legal rate included (23%), unless otherwise stated. The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the same and/or the respective need for manufacture or shipping by other manufacturers. Special requests will have to be evaluated individually.
10. Delivery
The confirmation of each order is automatically issued and emailed to the customer after approving the purchase. Any changes or corrections to the order must be communicated to us within 24 hours by email.
Many of the products that we sell in our online store are produced after we receive the order from customers and their average production and shipping time is between 5 and 10 working days, unless raw material stocks are broken. For the products in stock, the average delivery time is approximately 5 working days. The whole process begins only after confirmation of receipt of the respective payment by the banking entities of Oxyblack. Depending on order volume, extended delivery time is applicable.
A six week period shall prevail as the legal period of time provided by the buyer as additional respite. This period shall commence following receipt of additional respite notice by the seller. Compensation claims due to nonfulfilment are excluded.
11 . Payment
Credit Card: We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal service. However, it is NOT mandatory to have a PayPal account to use this payment method. The PayPal service is not available in some countries. Please see the Paypal services available in your country here. Payment by credit card does not entail additional costs.

Bank Transfer: You can make the payment of your order by bank transfer by sending us the proof of transfer later. To get our IBAN please contact us by email. Payment by Bank Transfer does not incur additional costs.
12. Taxes - VAT
In accordance with applicable law, are subject to VAT:
a) Orders for Portugal (businesses and consumers)
b) Orders for consumers in the European Union
Also in accordance with applicable law, are exempt from VAT:
c) Orders for outside the European Union (businesses and consumers)
d) Orders for companies of EU countries except Portugal, provided they indicate their Tax Identification Number, valid in EU countries.
EU based businesses who would like to place an order in this way need to contact us before placing an order to register for an EU VAT Registered account. To do this, you need only to provide us with your contact details, VAT registration number and business name by email.
When we receive your registration details, your VAT number will be checked on the EU's VIES system and your account will be created. We aim to complete your registration. Upon completion, we will email you with login details for your account and any purchases you make using this account will automatically be charged no VAT.
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in Portugal (23%). In order exempt from VAT, the VAT is deducted in the shopping cart.
We call the attention that the companies resident in EU countries other than Portugal (situation d) above), are required to provide your Tax Identification Number (VAT number) to qualify for the exemption applies. If no VAT number is provided, these companies will be considered as final consumers of the European Union (situation b) above), VAT being applied to the respective orders. The VAT number validation is done through the VIES (European System for Exchange of Information on VAT).
13. Customs
By purchasing products Oxyblack.com for delivery abroad, the goods may be subject to import duties and taxes that are due when the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the customer, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict its value. For more information, see your Customs Information.

When you visit oxyblack.com or send an e-mail, we assume that you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
16. Losses
The Oxyblack.com packs and ships the products to ensure their timely delivery and perfect condition. However, Oxyblack.com will not be liable for any damages or loss arising in the transport of products.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, it should be settled in accordance with Portuguese law and in a court of the district of Lisbon.
